Refund policy

  • Please note responses can take up to 48 hours
  • Please include your order number in all emails
  • Please do not send more than one email within a 48 hour period

ELIGIBILITY

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unworn, unmarked and have the original tags in place.
  • You have to contact us within 14 days of you receiving your ordered item
  • All items must be returned within 14 days from you receiving the return form
  • All items must be sent back with a return form, any orders returned without a return form will not be processed.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SALE ITEMS

Items that are purchased when on sale are non refundable. If you wish to return a sale item then you will be issued with store credit or an exchange. If you wish to cancel your order you will also be given store credit or an exchange.

Items purchased using a discount code, including automatic discounts other than ‘WELCOME10’ are non-refundable. In such cases, you will only be eligible for store credit or an exchange for an item of equal value or a different size.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We recommend returning items via recorded delivery to ensure that they are delivered safely and securely. 

Please note, returned items may take between 5-10 working days to be processed.
